本產(chǎn)品是一種用于分離人外周血淋巴細(xì)胞的無菌、低內(nèi)毒素水平的密度梯度分離液。其分離原理是根據(jù)血細(xì)胞的密度差異（紅細(xì)胞和粒細(xì)胞密度為1.090 g/mL左右；淋巴細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞密度為1.075~1.090 g/mL；血小板為1.030~1.035 g/mL），通過離心使一定密度的細(xì)胞按相應(yīng)密度梯度分布，從而將淋巴細(xì)胞從人外周血或臍帶血中分離出來。
